PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a tap for controlling a liquid flow, having a tap body 34, an inner opening/closing member 36 for opening/closing a liquid channel, an outer rotation operating member 42, a connecting member 40 connecting the rotation operating member 42 to the opening/closing member 36, and a means restricting the movement of the rotation operating member 42 in the direction for opening the tap and the opening/closing member 36. SOLUTION: The means for restricting the movement of the rotation operating member 42 in the direction for opening the tap and the opening/closing member 36 comprises an abutment part 44 and a counter-abutment part 46 provided in the rotation operation member and the tap body 34 respectively and allowed to mutually abut at front.
