PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive plastic sheet which is adjusted in the sealability without changing the composition. SOLUTION: This conductive plastic sheet is provided with a base material sheet made of a resin composition, a coating layer of a coating material with the sealability which is provided at least one side surface thereon and a coating layer of a conductive coating material containing a conductive filler which is provided thereon, and the sheet resistivity of the sheet coating layer side is 1×104Ωor more, less than 1×1010Ω, and surface glossiness is 40% or less.
