PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film with a protective film which can facilitate visual inspection. SOLUTION: The optical film whose surface shape is in the range of the 0.05-1.0μm center-line average roughness (Ra) and in the range of the 20-180μm average top and bottom interval (Sm) and which has ruggednesses in the uppermost surface, and the protective film stuck together on the optical film through an adhesive layer are provided. The equation y<0.038x-0.15 (1) is satisfied, in the case of setting thickness of the adhesive layer to x [μm] and setting the elastic modulus to y [Mpa].
