PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a stray current of a solid-state sensor having a radiation ray conductive layer composed of inorganic/organic composite material. SOLUTION: This solid-state sensor 10 records radiation image information as an electrostatic latent image. An electrode 1 composed of conductive polymer is formed on the radiation conductive layer 2 of the sensor 10 which layer is composed of at least inorganic/organic composite material.
