PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a flexible method and system that decides an expired time for the period to re-setup an interrupted wireless bearer. SOLUTION: This method decides a 1st expired time for a period for re-setup of an interrupted wireless bearer used to provide a 1st category service such as a real time service (206 and 207). Furthermore, a 2nd expired time for a period for re-setup of an interrupted wireless bearer used to provide a 2nd category service such as a non real time service (208 and 209).
