PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a reactor of a converter circuit for controlling harmonics and improving the power factor with a semiconductor switching element cause the ambient temperature to rise, because a large amount of heat is generated and the size is considerably large, quickly deteriorates the parts, restricts layout and design of structure and makes impossible the loading of a substrate. SOLUTION: Reduction in size up to a substrate loading size can be realized by dividing a reactor 2 into at least two or more pieces and then connected in parallel, and such divided reactor pieces are allocated on a thermally conductive substrate 14 or at the area near the substrate provided with a heat sink means 5 on which semiconductor switching element 1 or the like is mounted, and the area between the reactor 2 and thermally conductive substrate 14 is filled with a resin having proper thermally conductivity and insulation property or with a gel substance 15 or the like. |
