PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device in which the viscosity of lubricating oil can be prevented from being lowered so that an abnormal abrasion or a seizure in the sliding part of a compressor can be prevented. SOLUTION: The temperature Tx of the lubricating oil in the compressor is detected and the temperature Tc of a condenser is detected. Then, the opening degree of a flow regulating valve 4 is controlled so that the differenceΔTa between the two detected temperatures becomes a set valueΔT.
