PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the service life of a rubber body for buffering transmitted rotatory driving force. SOLUTION: A projecting part 24, formed at a bottom plate part upper face 13a of a worm wheel 13, and a projecting part 28 formed at a lower face 15a of an output plate 15 support each damper part 25 of a rubber damper 14 in the direction of a rotation axis. The projecting parts 24, 28, formed to extend along the circumference of a circle with the rotation axis as the center respectively support each damper part 25 continuously along the circumference. The projecting part 28, formed at the lower face 15a of the output plate 15 supports the damper part 25 along the circumference of the circle with a larger diameter, as compared with the projecting part 24 formed at the bottom plate part upper face 13a.
