The hinged mechanism (82) is supported so that it can be rotated by a rod (54) fixed to a housing. It has a first part forming an arm (85) extending in a radial direction from a axis of the rod. A second part forms an arm (86), extending from the rod axis, an end of which is in contact with s control mechanism (41).
