PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain consumption power when starting. SOLUTION: When operation is started, power is supplied from a power source part 11 to a disk device 17 in which consumption power increases in the case of starting operation as compared with the stationary state, and makes the disk device 17 start operation, on the basis a power supply control signal PWa from a control part 12. After the starting operation in the disk device 17 is completed, power is supplied to a signal processing part 15 and a display 16, on the basis of a power supply control signal PWb from the control part 12, and makes the signal processing part 15 and the display 16 operate. In the period that power is not supplied to the signal processing part 16 while power is supplied to the disk device 17, a bus transceiver 18 isolates electrically the disk device 17 from a bus 20, and power leakage from the disk device 17 is prevented.
