PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce relative differences of positional deviation for every light source by a deflector in the axial direction along the direction deflected by the plane tilt of a turnup mirror when a turnup point by the turnup mirror is in the optical path, and to reduce color slippage in the subscanning direction in the case of forming a full color image by using three light sources developing colors in each color of RGB in particular. SOLUTION: Because an optical system having a power in the subscanning direction does not exist at the downstream side up to the polygon mirror 28 of the turnup mirror 215, errors can be suppressed to the minimum. For this reason, there is no deviation of the main scanning line of each color in the subscanning direction caused by the plane tilt of the turnup mirror 215, and color slippage can be suppressed.
