PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door stop structure which has its sealing material deformed in a direction that approaches an internal surface of an opening frame when a door is closed, to thereby ensure air-tightness and soundproof properties of the door. SOLUTION: A door stop member 3 is installed along the internal surface of the opening frame 1 in which the door 2 is openably installed. An engaging groove 6 is formed in the door stop member 3 in a longitudinal direction of the same, and a slit 7 which is narrower in width than the engaging groove 6 is formed between the engaging groove 6 and a door stop surface 4 of the door stop member 3, in a manner communicating with both the groove 6 and the surface 4. Then, the cylindrical sealing material 5 is arranged along the door stop surface 4. An engaging head 8 for installing the sealing material 5 is formed on the sealing material 5 via a neck 9. Then, the neck 9 is inserted into the slit 7, and the engaging head 8 is inserted into the engaging groove 6, whereby the sealing material 5 is installed along the door stop surface 4. The slit 7 which allows insertion of the neck 9 is inclined so as to approach the internal surface of the opening frame 1 as the slit 7 extends from the engaging groove 6 to the door stop surface 4.
