PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel fastening structure of directly fixing a rectangular building board such as a ceramic external wall material to the side of a building. SOLUTION: A plurality groups of building fastening members for the building board composed of an upper member 10 and a lower member 20 are fixed at prescribed intervals in the rear face of the building board 30. The upper member 10 side is directly fastened to a column 1 or a stud 2 of the building side. The upper member 10 is provided with a rising piece 13 so as to secure a ventilation layer Sc between the building and the building boards 30. The connection between upper/lower building boards 30A and 30B are secured by connecting the upper member 10 and the lower member 20 of the fixed fastening member.
