PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic panel unable to confirm adhesion strain by adhering a mirror surface-like metallic thin plate 1 polished up for design and a reinforcing plate 2 composed of a surface-treated steel plate. SOLUTION: This metallic panel is formed by adhering the metallic thin plate 1 and the reinforcing plate 2 composed of the surface-treated steel plate by using an adhesive composition for satisfying a condition of the following expression (1) at 20 to 25 deg.C when a hardening shrinkage factor of the adhesive composition is X (unit: %) and a storage elastic modulus of a hardened body of the adhesive composition is Y (unit: MPa). The expression (1) is Y<=368X-0.6.
