PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing part and a bolt part used for a joining structure of a steel pipe column capable of accurately performing joining work of the steel pipe column with reduced labor without reducing strength of the steel pipe column. SOLUTION: In these fixing part 3 and bolt part 5 for fixing the steel pipe column 1 for opening a through hole in a part to join a steel frame beam B and a reinforcing part 2 being inserted into this steel pipe column 1 and opening a fixing hole in a position opposed to the through hole, the reinforcing part 2 is inserted into the steel pipe column 1 in a state of retreating the fixing part 3 inserted into the fixing hole to the reinforcing part 2. After positioning the through hole of the steel pipe column 1 and the fixing hole of the reinforcing part 2, the fixing part 3 is advanced to fix the reinforcing part 2 to a prescribed position of the steel pipe column 1. Afterwards, the bolt part 5 previously thread-mounted on the fixing part 3 is rotated to be projected outside the steel pipe column 1, and a nut is screwed to engage with the bolt part 5 to join the steel pipe column 1 and the steel frame beam B.
