PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand declaration and reception processing system in book building for performing the new enlistment/sales of securities online. SOLUTION: The system has a brand name information storing part 13 for storing brand name information concerning the securities concerning the new enlistment/sales, a book building information storing part 14 for storing information on a book building starting time and its finishing time in connection with the brand name information, a brand name reference interface display part 15 for displaying a brand name reference interface on the terminal of a user based on the brand name information stored in the brand name information storing part, a declaring interface display part 16 for displaying a declaring interface display part 16 for displaying a declaring interface on the terminal of the user based on that the requesting time is within a book building period when the user performs the demand declaration request of the brand name displayed on the brand reference interface, and demand declaration processing part 23 for processing demand declaration by the user. |
