PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely provide price data on articles to each user. SOLUTION: A user 10 accesses the article managing data base of a store 14 from a terminal. The store 14 permits access to the article managing database to previously registered users and returns the price data of an article through a network 12 to the terminal of the user 10. The utilization history of the user is stored in a client managing database and corresponding to the utilization history, the range or price of the article to be provided to the user is changed. |
