PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the shortcut control of a rotary member is impossible in the conventional system where the rotary member is not rotated in only the range of the resistor of a potentiometer. SOLUTION: A rotary position control device have the potentiometer 8 consists of contact point members rotate corresponding to rotation of the rotary members (filter disk) 2 and resistors wherein the contact point parts slide, a control device rotating and driving to plural rotary positions of rotary parts according to the output of this potentiometer, and A/D converter 19 to convert the output of the potentiometer. In the control device, a logical operation is performed according to the value to which the output of potentiometer is converted by the A/D converter and a command code commands rotary position of rotary parts. The operation decides the direction for rotary driving the rotary parts from the present rotary position to target rotary position in the minimum rotary amount. |
