PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology with respect to an enhanced resource assignment method, which is applicable to a mobile wireless communication system, especially a universal mobile phone system (Universal Mobile Telephone System: UMTS) that is a heterogeneous system. SOLUTION: In the method of this invention, resources are assigned to a broadband mobile wireless communication system with heterogeneous services typically having speed differences. The method is characterized in that there are included a step where a current proportion of each traffic of different speeds in communication cells is decided and a step where a threshold value is applied to the load level of the cells according to the decided ratio. |
