PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the standard power device which can get a sabilized optional reference voltage easily with high accuracy. SOLUTION: Two resistance R1, R2 are connected in series between a terminal 11 applying voltage E and a reference level line 12. By the division circuit 13, the voltage E which is applied across the two resistances R1, R2 is divided by the voltage Vi which is applied across resistance R2. By the above treatment, the reference voltage Vo which corresponds to the ratio of the resistance values of the resistances R1, R2.
