PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmitting/receiving system, a server computer and a recording medium for surely performing the management of a content user, the protection of a content and holding of security. SOLUTION: A client computer 7-1 sends an incomplete content key 19-1 to a license server 9-1 and when license information 13-1 is applied to the content key 19-1, content data 18-1 held in a data server 11 can be utilized. Besides, a client computer 7-2 sends an incomplete content key 19-2 to a license server 9-2 and when license information 13-1 is applied, content data 18-2 recorded on a CD-ROM 17-1 can be utilized. |
