PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination kit utilizing the immunochromatograph method for adjusting required extermination detection sensitivity according to the content of a substance to be detected in a sample and detecting a plurality of substances to be examined by a single operation. SOLUTION: In the examination kit, a reaction container 1 that retains at least one type of labeled reagent where a substance to be specifically combined with the substance to be detected in a sample has been immobilized to a labeled fine particle, and a detection member with at least one reaction site where a substance for capturing the labeled reagent via the substance to be detected has been immobilized onto a chromatograph medium are provided.
