PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an SN ratio. SOLUTION: In the optical waveguide device 106, a light incident part 21 is connected with an input part 32 of an optical switch 30. An output part 33 of the optical switch 30 is connected with a light outputting part 23. An output part 34 of the optical switch 30 is connected with an input part of a luminous energy attenuation part 45. An output part of the luminous energy attenuation part 45 is connected with an input part 91 of an optical switch 90. An input part 92 of the optical switch 90 is connected with a light incident part 22. An output part 93 of the optical switch 90 is connected with a light output part 24. The optical switch 90 outputs a light from the output part 24 the luminous energy of which light corresponds to both the luminous enegy of the respective light entering the two input parts 91, 91 and the variable ratio being adjustable. |
