PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease generation of cracking of an involute wall. SOLUTION: According to a back face constraint decreasing method, after formation of an underground continuous wall 10, the involute wall 12 is constructed inside the wall 10 in one body. An edge cutting layer 14 is interposed between connecting surfaces of the underground continuous wall 10 and the involute wall 12, and a connecting member 16 is set astride the underground continuous wall 10 and the involute wall 12. A stress isolation layer 14 has a double-layer structure consisting of a first water-permeable sheet 140 formed of non-woven fabric and a second water permeable sheet 141 formed of woven fabric. The connecting member 16 is intensively arranged at predetermined intervals along a depth direction.
