PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable reference phase with few errors, even at a low vehicle speed in a controller for LSM-type vehicle that outputs to a propulsion coil a voltage corresponding to a voltage command value outputted, based on a current command value, a reference phase, or the like. SOLUTION: An output voltage V outputted from a power converter 65 and a coil current passing through a propulsion coil 61 are converted into a voltage and a current in dq-rorainign coordinate system by three-phase/d-q converters 21 and 22. A speed electromotive force observer 25 uses the voltage, the current, and a vehicle angular speed ω to estimate speed electromotive forces. Based on the estimated speed electromotive forces Zd and Zq, a speed electromotive force phase generating portion 40 calculates a speed electromotive force phase θe. A phase synchronization control portion 30, composed of a secondary PI control system, stability the speed electromotive force phase θe, and output it as a reference pahase θ*. Thus, a stable reference phase θ* with few errors is obtained, even at a low speed. |
