PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus for a vehicle, which is contrived so as to avoid fundamentally a problem that the luminosity of reflected light transmitted through a colored topcoat layer is lowered or make the luminosity not to be lowered as much as possible. SOLUTION: In this lighting apparatus 1 for vehicle forming an externally emitted light P2 by reflecting light P1 emitted from a light source valve 3 at a reflector 5, the reflector 5 is provided with an effective reflector section 5x which contributes to the formation of the externally emitted light P2, and a noneffective reflector section 5y which does not contribute to the formation of the externally emitted light P2. There is employed such means as providing a colored topcoat layer 505 to only the noneffective reflector section 5y, and the particle size of pigment dispersed in the colored topcoat layer 505 is limited within a fixed range. |
