PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which discriminates reflection and absorption of electromagnetic wave depending on set-up sites of a case, enables reduction in size and thickness, and prevents defectives such as peeling. SOLUTION: In an electronic apparatus 10, a case 12 comprises a metal outside part 30, a metal inside part 34 provided inside the outside part 30, and an electromagnetic wave absorber 60 which is provided between the outside part 30 and the inside part 34 to absorb electromagnetic wave 120 from an electromagnetic wave generating source 110 provided inside the case 12.
