PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the misalignment of centers if a disk mounting operation is carried out in an inclined posture of a disk chucking mechanism with self-holding and self-centering functions. SOLUTION: A stationary centering member 12a is arranged in a position facing 180 deg. a rotating direction when viewed from pawls (movable holding members) for holding the disk and the movable centering members 14 are arranged in the positions deviating therefrom.
