PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly release bubbles mixed into a lubricating fluid, to the outside through an air hole provided at a part excluding a shaft body, and to smoothly release the bubbles, in particular even during high-speed rotation. SOLUTION: A lubricating fluid is filled in a clearance between a shaft body 8, having a shaft part 8a and a thrust plate part 8b projecting radially outward, and a sleeve body 6 having a sleeve part 6a1 and a thrust support part 20. The shaft body 8 and the sleeve body 6 are supported in a relatively rotatable manner in radial bearing parts 24, 26 where the shaft part 8a and the sleeve part 6a1 are located radially opposite, and both thrust bearing parts 30, 32 wherein the thrust plate part 8b is relative to the thrust support part in the axial direction on both sides of the axial direction. A clearance forming part 34 communicating in a clearance between the thrust support part 20 and the thrust plate part 8b is provided radially outward from the thrust plate part 8b, and a clearance enlarging part 38 is formed on the outer peripheral side of the clearance forming part 34. A thrust part air hole 40, formed axially in the sleeve body 6, is opened to the outer peripheral side of the clearance enlarging part 38.
