PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a huge data base and a separate definition are required for preparing data having semantic relativity in natural language processing and it is necessary to individually perform the definition again while referring to various dictionaries in order to express semantic value rank. SOLUTION: By setting value rank data having semantic relativity, the data can be effectively applied to semantic information and network construction and the consistency of value between data can be easily verified at high level. |
