<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device capable of facilitating maintenance such as exchange of a V-packing for a plunger in a pump, in the pump for applying high pressure on a fluid when a material in a raw material fluid is atomized. SOLUTION: The sleeve provided with a V-packing is detachably fixed to an anti-crankshaft side of a crank case, a tip end of the plunger connected to the crank shaft by a connecting rod is extendedly disposed in a space of the sleeve penetrating the V-packing, a hole communicated with the space, a recessed taper, and a female screw are disposed on an anti-fixing side end part of the sleeve, a hole communicating with a communicating hole, a recessed taper, and a female screw are disposed on one part of an adapter having a check valve for intake and deliver and having the communicating hole communicated with the both check valves. A piping member is disposed, which is composed of a pipe provided with projection tapers on both ends, a sheath for screwing in reverse into the pipe, and a hexagon cap nut with a female screw which is brought into contact with the sheath. The sleeve and the adapter are joined with each other by screwing the female screw by the pipe member, and the space and the communicating hole are constituted as a high pressure chamber at the time of delivery.</p> |
