PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent developed software from being stolen and used by others without permission in the case of sending the software to a remote place by using a communication line or a recoding medium. SOLUTION: A prescribed bug is mixed intentionally with the source code of the software, the software mixed with the bug is subsequently transferred from a certain place to another place in the form of a source code, and the bug is eliminated from the software arriving at the other place.
