PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality control/evaluation method for easily developing or introducing and operating not only the conventional quality control/evaluation method but also a new quality control/evaluation method, and to provide a storage medium in which its processing program is recorded. SOLUTION: A data repository (file storing part) 1 holding an evaluation rule stores quality control/evaluation data in a specific format, an evaluation rule reading part 4 reads an evaluation rule file 3 from the part 1 via an information sharing function 2 or directly, and an evaluation rule operating part 5 performing an operation for quality evaluation refers to data and performs an operation by a method designated from a quality database 6 on the basis of the read evaluation rule at the point of time instructed by an evaluation rule evaluation result presenting part 7. The part 7 is operated at the point of time designated by the read evaluation rule and performs prescribed presentation on the basis of operation results.
