PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition for optical connector parts having out of roundness, low warpage characteristic, excellent dimensional stability, and high pin press-fitting strength. SOLUTION: The resin composition for the optical connector parts consists of 99.5 to 60 wt.% >=1 kind of thermoplastic resins selected from a styrene based resin, polycarbonate based resin and polyphenylene ether based resin (A) and 0.5 to 40 wt.% liquid crystalline resin (B).
