PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit channel cutoff method hardly causing the leakage of gas by holding the gas cutoff state irrelevant to the pressure applied to a gasbag and damage of the gasbag. SOLUTION: In this conduit channel cutoff method for inflating the airtight gasbag 2 inserted in the conduit A via a gasbag insertion hole 1 provided in the live-conduit A and cutting off the gas in a way to the conduit A, after inserting the gasbag 2 into the conduit A, the gasbag is filled with a hardening type fluid C and brought into a close contact with the conduit inner face, the hardening type fluid C is hardened, and the gasbag 2 holds its inflated state in the conduit A so that the gas is cut off in the way of the conduit A.
