PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly arrange an elastic projection extending over the whole surface as far as possible, and to excellently display a sliding-proof function in a sliding-proof rubber mat, which has a drain gutter and the elastic projection in a surface and on which a freezing layer is broken on the basis of the elastic deformation of the elastic projection. SOLUTION: In the sliding-proof rubber mat 10, which has the continuous drain gutters 12, 14, 16A, 16B, a large number of base-shaped sections 18 partitioned by these drain gutters and a large number of the elastic projections 34 upwards projected from the top faces of the base-shaped sections 18 in a surface, on which the freezing layer is cracked by the elastic deformation of each elastic projection 34 and which prevents the slip of a tire, auxiliary elastic projections 38 having a shape different from the elastic projections 34 and two sides approximately parallel with the two sides of the base-shaped sections 18 crossed at corner sections 36 are formed at the corner sections 36 of the base-shaped sections 18.
