PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a terminal for external connection provided on a memory card to be loaded. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a recessed part 22 for loading for loading a memory card 1 inserted from an opening part, plural connecting terminals 23 connected to a terminal 5 for external connection on the memory card 1 while locating the side of top end inside the recessed part 22 for loading and a sliding protruding part located on the front side of the connecting terminals 23 to slide on the terminal 23 for external connection on the memory card 1 while preceding to the connecting terminals 23. When inserting the memory card 1, the sliding protruding part slides on the terminal 23 for external connection on the memory card 1 and discharges dust or the like stuck on the terminal 5 for external connection on the memory card 1 to the outside.
