PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve output torque, while retaining control accuracy. SOLUTION: When control accuracy is required in contouring control or the like, a mode B with a short PWM period is set to secure the control accuracy. When high torque is required as in fast feed and high acceleration/ deceleration or the like, a mode A with a short PWM period is set, thus reducing the ratio of the time of a dead zone σ, where no voltages are applied to the motor and the decrease in torque is reduced. |
