PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power switch circuit that can reduce a rising time and also a falling time of a switching transistor(TR) that applies a power supply voltage to a load. SOLUTION: The power switch circuit is provided with a PNP switch TR 1 whose emitter is connected to a power supply and whose collector is connected to a load and with a C-MOS switch circuit 2 that receives a control voltage used to switch ON/OFF the PNP switching TR 1, and a parallel circuit consisting of a resistor 4 and a capacitor 5 connects a base of the PNP switching TR 1 with an output terminal of the C-MOS switch circuit 2. |
