PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile control board which enables more efficient inspection of a data transmitting/receiving function than that realized when a real machine and a host device storing data for inspection are used. SOLUTION: This facsimile control board 100 is provided with a system ROM 102 storing transmission data for inspection and reference data, a DRAM 103 storing received data for inspection, a deciding part deciding the quality of a data receiving function on the basis of the received data and the reference data, a serial I/F 109 for being connected to the host device 10, and a data processing part which writes the reception data received from an external device 40 to the DRAM 103, transmits decision results in a CPU 101 to the device 10, also reads transmission data from the ROM 102 on the basis of a inspection start signal from the device 10 and processes the data so as to be transmitted to the device 40. The CPU 101 is used as the deciding part and a data processing part. |
