<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven butterfly valve enabling a valve element to stop in an end part stop position and in an accurate state to prevent the occurrence of leakage of pass water without needing high precision for each part and mounting and besides locking a motor. SOLUTION: A drive arm 11 rotationally driven by a motor 4 and a driven arm 12 coupled to a valve element 2 are intercoupled by an elastic coupling member 13 elastically. When, in at least one end part stop position of the valve element 2, the valve element 2 is brought into a stop with the valve element brought into contact with a stopper, a motor 4 is brought into a stop after the driven arm 11 is excessively rotationally driven additionally after contact of the valve element 2 with the stopper.</p> |
