PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of using either a refrigerant which requires a condenser with a large capacity or a refrigerant which does not require a condenser with a large capacity. SOLUTION: A liquid injection circuit 25 is provided for supplying a liquid refrigerant radiating heat in a condenser 4 to a compressor 2 to cool the liquid refrigerant. The capacity of the condenser 4 is set so as to meet the refrigerant requiring the large capacity. A thermo-valve 23 for detecting the outlet refrigerant temperature of the compressor 2 and adjusting an injection amount is provided in the liquid injection circuit 25.
