PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open type compressor capable of preventing seizure caused by an abnormal temperature increase. SOLUTION: The open type compressor 10 is provided with a temperature sensor 1 for detecting a temperature of a refrigerant delivered from a compression element CF, a closing valve 3 capable of opening/closing an injection port 2 for injecting the refrigerant into a casing 11, and an injection valve opening/ closing control unit 4 for openingly/closingly controlling the closing valve 3 on the basis of a temperature detected by the temperature sensor 1.
