PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work environment in drywell by suppressing the increase of radiation dose in drywell during refueling and improve work efficiency by conducting refueling. SOLUTION: A reactor facility comprises a top head detachably attached to a flange 4 for attaching the top head provided to a penetration hole 3 of a top slab 1b of a reactor containment 1 devised to contain a reactor pressure vessel 2 so as to cover the top of the reactor pressure vessel 2 and a fuel storage pool 6 containing fuel for refueling to and from the reactor pressure vessel 2. Between the flange 4 for attaching the top head and the reactor pressure vessel 2 in the path for fuel transport leading from the fuel storage pool 6 to the reactor pressure vessel 2, a radiation shield 14 for preventing radiation from emitted in the drywell is placed.
