SOLUTION: A receiver 1 to receive a signal from a transmitter R consists of a reception unit 10 and a reflection frame 20 that contains the reception unit 10 in its inside, a signal incidence space section 22a formed in the reflection frame 20 makes the signal incident onto the reflection frame 20, the signal is irregularly reflected inside the reflection frame 20 and a light receiving element 11 of the reception unit 10 receives the reflected signal.
