PURPOSE: A device for automatically inserting a check ball is provided, thereby the efficiency of the equipment can be enlarged, and the safety of a worker can be secured. Therefore, the quality of molten steel can be improved and the yield of allow steel can be increased. CONSTITUTION: The device for automatically inserting a check ball consists of a check ball mounting part and a check ball inserting part, in which the check ball mounting part comprises a cylindrical liner(270) storing the check ball(100), a check ball mounting hole in the lower part of the cylindrical liner, a motor(272) having a rotation angle controlling cam limit and connected with the cylindrical liner, a large pipe(280), a supporting plate(300) supporting the motor(272) and the large pipe(280) having an air cylinder(282) and a up-and-down movable bearing-containing supporting axis; and the check ball inserting part comprises a center axis consisting of a rotating drum(258) and a gear(257), a cone(261) being mounted in the upper part of the center axis(264) having a check ball guide, a rotating push stick(265) being fixed on the side of the rotating drum(258) and having bearing-containing spittoon in its another side, and a guide-inducing case(259) having a guide wall(263) and a guide-inducing hole(263-1) installed at an appropriate interval to the rotating push stick(265), wherein the gear(257) of the center axis(264) is composed of a gear(254) and a chain(255) of a motor(252) having a rotation angle controlling cam limit(253).
