The window is held in the U-shaped groove in resin-made window casing, and fixed instantly with the strong urethane adhesive with unique liquid containing silane coupling agent by means of condensation/dehydration reaction between alkoxy group of silane coupling agent and hydroxyl group adsorbed from air moisture onto the surface of window. . The car window assembly comprises: (a) a car window (1); (b) a window casing (3) made of terephthalate-type resin, with the groove (2) into which the window (1) is introduced to be held within; and (c) a layer of urethane adhesive with unique liquid (4) containing silane coupling agent, positioned in the groove (2), between the surfaces of the window (1) and the casing (3). An Independent claim is also included for process of production of car window assembly comprising adhering car window (1) to the window casing made of terephthalate-type resin and provided with the groove (2) for inserting of window (1), using adhesive as claimed.
