METHOD AND DEVICE FOR GENERATING INFORMATION TRANSMISSION NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for generating an information transmission network for performing simulation for securing delivery quickness, exactness and completeness in information transmission. SOLUTION: This method for generating the information transmission network is provided with a means for investigating the process of information transmission between nodes in a target area and acquiring data thereof, a network forming means for forming an inter-node network by means of an eccentric net model theory containing a time concept on these acquired data and a simulation forming means for expressing the information transmission process successively reported out from an arbitrary information transmission source as a network formation process. A CPU 22 which is a main component of this device is composed of a scenario setting part 27 for setting simulation conditions, a simulation executing part 28 for network formation and a simulation evaluating and examining part 29, and further a GIS 21 for inputting geographical spatial data is connected to the CPU 22 if necessary.
