<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner composition excellent in durability, fixing property and offset resistance, exhibiting stable electrification behavior during continuous printing and giving a good image with high picture quality. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner composition is prepared by using the following polyester resin as a binder resin. The polyester resin is prepared by polymerizing (1) two or more kinds of epoxy compounds each having two or more epoxy groups in one molecule and different numbers of epoxy groups in one molecule from others, (2) one or more kinds of polybasic acid compounds selected from polybasic acids having two or more valences, acid anhydrides and lower alkylesters of these, and (3) polyhydric alcohol having two or more hydroxyl groups.</p> |
