<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a color image and a device for the formation of an image using a tandem method with stable color reproducibility for a long time, and to provide electrostatic latent image developing toner to be used for the method and device. SOLUTION: The electrostatic latent image developing toner is used for the method for the formation of an image including processes of forming latent images on a plurality of electrostatic latent image carriers, of developing the latent image on each electrostatic latent image carrier with a developer containing toner of a different color for the respective carriers to form a visible image, of transferring the visible image onto an image support and of fixing. The toner consists of at least a binder resin, coloring agent and release agent and is obtained by salting out/fusing the coloring agent and resin particles which encapsulate the release agent in the binder resin.</p> |
